Important Note - Tax Free Shopping for Non E.U. Residents

If you are resident within the European Union (E.U.) you do have to pay Valued Added Tax (V.A.T.) on all purchases.  However, if you are resident outside the E.U. area - that is -  U.S.A.  Australia – Asia - Africa and non E.U. European countries then V.A.T. is deducted at source of sale and your product is tax free.

Packaging

We have a standard charge for packaging for all products regardless of size and value.  The charge for this service is €6.95  Packaging is by secure box or by light Postage envelope with bubble wrap liner, whichever is relevant to content of package.

Postage/Mailing Costs

Postage is calculated by weight and size and is charged at post office rates.  Depending on the destination Air Mail and Economy Rate Mail may be an option.

As our products vary greatly in weight and size and as multiples of products are impossible to quote accurately here on this page, we propose to email you the exact postage costs of your postal package and the optional postal rates available to you when we are confirming your order.  Postal Insurance is an optional extra.
